The website reserves all the rights to terminate the access or to change, in whole or in part, or discontinue any aspect or feature of the website including, but not limited to, content, graphics, deals, offers, settings, etc., wherever or whenever required or deemed fit without any prior notice/justification and the users will be legally bound to any such changes. The website may also with its full right to update/amend/modify these terms of usage from time to time. The user is responsible to check the terms of uses periodically to remain in compliance with these terms.
Accessing the website and using it either for any information, service or whatsoever, shall be enough in itself to signify unconditional and expressly consent for acceptance of terms of usage by the user and also shows the agreement of the user to be legally bound by the same. The user is, therefore, advised to read the terms of usage carefully before using or opting for any service. The user further consents that the terms and content of the the policies are acceptable to the user inclusive of any update, alteration, change is made and duly displayed on the website.
Divine Astrology undertakes to handle the user’s profile and entire data of name, birth details, contact details, etc. in complete secrecy and no disclosure will be made to anyone except where it is required to be disclosed by existing or future laws. The user’s data will be used solely for the explicit purpose of communicating horoscope charts, predictions, advice, etc. to the concerned user. For the purpose of addressing the complaints/queries, if any, or suspected abuse reported, the website shall investigate on case to case basis from the available records of the details provided by the user.
The user of the website must be a person who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian contract Act, 1872. Minors, under the age of 18 years in most jurisdictions, are not permitted to avail the services provided on the website without a legal guardian in accordance with the applicable laws. The website would not be held responsible for any misuse that may occur by virtue of any person including a minor using the services provided through the website.
The website does not permit the use of the services by any user under the conditions where if the user is a resident of any jurisdiction that may prohibit the use of the information/services rendered by the website and/or if the user is a resident of any State/Country that prohibits by way of law, regulation, treaty or administrative act for entering into trade relations or/and due to any religious practices and/or whatsoever applicable in such regard.

Another Astrologer’s opinion on any particular point/s might differ and user expressly agree to understand that fact by using the site and the website will not be held responsible in any manner in such regard.
The user understands and agrees that any material or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the website is done entirely at their own discretion and risk and they will be solely responsible for any damage to their computer systems or loss of data that results from the download of such material or data.

The efficacy of any kind of remedy recommendation (gemstone, yantra, mantra, yagnas or facilitating the same) will strictly depend on the faith and devotion of the user and his/her belief and intent. The website does not offer any guaranteed results in the life of the user by recommendation of remedies. Any prediction or other message that the user receives is not a substitute for advice, programs, or treatment that the user would normally receive from a licensed professional such as a lawyer, doctor, psychiatrist, financial advisor, etc. Accordingly, website provides no guarantees, implied warranties, or assurances of any kind, and will not be responsible for any interpretation made or used by the recipient of the information and data mentioned above.
The user agrees, understands and confirms that his/her personal data including without limitation to details relating to debit card, credit card, internet banking etc. transmitted over the internet may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, theft and/or fraud and that the website or the payment service provider(s) have no control over such matters.
No refund shall be processed on the order for services under any circumstances if not communicated with valid proof/s within 1 (one) hour of the successful payment. The risk and liability of placing order in a haste and careless manner totally lies with the user and the website is not responsible for any refund then after.
No refund shall be processed once the order has been placed and executed. However, if the user intends to cancel a successfully placed order before execution, the user is required to communicate within 1 (one) hour of making the payment with valid reasons, proof of payment etc., whereafter it is totally at the discretion of the website whether to issue refund.
Any technical delay or glitch reported in the website during the processing of the request which includes providing services shall not be eligible for claiming refund. The user agrees that the timelines are approximate and all essentials steps would be taken to adhere to the timelines as displayed.
No refund shall be processed for the reason that incorrect information or data has been provided by user. The user agrees to be careful while providing any information to the website and must re-check the information filled before clicking on “Submit”. However, the user can communicate with proper & valid proof of placing the order with the website for change in data entered within 1 (one) hour of the successful payment. No requests will be entertained then after in any circumstances.
The placing of order for any service is solely on the discretion and will of the user and the website does not have any responsibility in such regard. The user is advised to exercise discretion in such case and no refund shall be issued on such grounds. The use of any information, services or materials on this website is entirely at the user’s risk, for which website shall not be liable. It shall be user’s own responsibility to ensure that whether any services or information available through this website meet specific requirements. This website and its related individuals are not responsible for lack of understanding of the birth charts or any other astrological information that are provided to the user.
The refunds, if any, shall be processed after deduction of the transaction charges levied by the Bank and/or the Payment Gateway and/or any other charges that may have been incurred by the Website during processing and/or delivering the service, as applicable.
In case the website or payment gateway’s webpage, that is linked to the Website, is experiencing any server related issues like ‘slow down’ or ‘failure’ or ‘session timeout’, the user shall, before initiating the second payment, check whether his/her Bank Account has been debited or not and if in case the Bank Account appears to be debited, users must ensure not to make the payment twice and immediately thereafter communicate with website to confirm payment and if in case the Bank Account is not debited, the user may initiate a fresh transaction to make payment.
However, refund for multiple payment, if any, even after the above precaution against the same order shall be refunded in full without deduction of the transaction charges as mentioned above. The Website shall only retain the cost of one single order as intended to be placed by the user.
If there are orders that the website is unable to accept and must cancel, the website at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations may result in the order being cancelled and include, without limitation, non-availability of the service, inaccuracy, error in pricing information or other problems as identified. If the user’s order is cancelled after charges being paid against the said service, the said amount paid for booking shall be refunded.
The user is under an obligation to provide his banking information as and when required. The user agrees that the debit/credit card details provided by him/ her for use of the aforesaid service(s) must be correct and accurate and that the user shall not use a debit/ credit card, that is not lawfully owned by him/ her or the use of which is not authorized by the lawful owner thereof. The user further agrees and undertakes to provide correct and valid debit/credit card details. The user may pay the fees required, to the website by using a debit/credit card or through online banking account. The user warrants, agrees and confirms that when he/ she initiates a payment transaction and/or issues an online payment instruction and provides his/ her card / bank details, the user is fully and lawfully entitled to use such credit / debit card, bank account for such transactions; the user is responsible to ensure that the card/ bank account details provided by him/ her are accurate; the user is responsible to ensure sufficient credit is available on the nominated card/ bank account at the time of making the payment to permit the payment of the dues payable or the bill(s) selected by the user inclusive of the applicable fee. The user further agrees that if any part of these terms of usage are determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth herein, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these terms of usage shall continue in effect.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, website liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to the website, for the particular service/s.
All types of contacts will be made online only and no personal meetings are made due to the privacy policy. Under any circumstances the decision of the website is full and final and the user will be legally bound to its terms & conditions or decisions. Disputes, if any, will be settled in Ranchi jurisdiction only.
A Note To Our Users -
- The user will be entitled for a follow up session or doubt session as a complementary for each appointment session in case of any doubt or queries. This complementary session is for solving user’s doubts/queries which is only related to the topic already discussed during the appointment session. The unrelated and off topic questions will not be entertained under any circumstances.
- For the Short Queries, users are requested to ask specified number of questions i.e, only one question in 1 Question Order and only three questions in 3 Question Order. In case of more questions than the specified number of questions, the very first question in 1 Question Order and first three questions in 3 Question Order respectively will be only considered and answered. Any communication in this regard will not be entertained under any circumstances unless deemed necessary by the website.
- For the Short Query Orders, the delivery time is estimated to be three (3) days after the successful placement of the order and all measures will be taken to deliver the report within the estimated time frame. However, any delay arising out of the technical error or due to any unavoidable circumstances is completely void and in such case the user will be intimated beforehand.
- For the Annual Report Orders, the delivery time is estimated to be five (5) days after the successful placement of the order and all measures will be taken to deliver the report within the estimated time frame. However, any delay arising out of the technical error or due to any unavoidable circumstances is completely void and in such case the user will be intimated beforehand.
- For the Special Report Orders, the delivery time is estimated to be seven (7) days after the successful placement of the order and all measures will be taken to deliver the report within the estimated time frame. However, any delay arising out of the technical error or due to any unavoidable circumstances is completely void and in such case the user will be intimated beforehand.
- For the Lifetime Report Orders, the delivery time is estimated to be fifteen (15) days after the successful placement of the order and all measures will be taken to deliver the report within the estimated time frame. However, any delay arising out of the technical error or due to any unavoidable circumstances is completely void and in such case the user will be intimated beforehand.
